The design of CEF's Big Get Together followed a magazine-style format to present multiple presenters and content in a fast-paced, engaging way. The stage featured a multi-level design with three distinct zones: Expert Panel, Interview Sofa, and Presentation Screen, ensuring dynamic and clear information delivery.

CEF let us have fun bringing their content to life, with a 'First Dates' spoof and a 'In for a Penny' CEF special hosted by Stephen Mulhern, keeping the audience engaged! We brought the event identity to life with dynamic slides, animated films, and branded scenery to ensure it was far from your typical corporate event.

We kept the awards exciting and smooth by using the side stage for photos, so the next winners could be announced while pics were taken. For the surprise awards, we filmed nominees sharing their thoughts on the winners beforehand and played them live—creating some truly emotional and unforgettable moments!

We shook up the traditional gala dinner with a CEF "Live at the Apollo" night, headlined by Jimmy Carr. Guests entered with beer and popcorn, ready for a fun-filled evening. Audience members showcased their talents on stage before professional warm-up acts took over, setting the stage for a night of laughs!
